<p>3 x dumbbell press, 24kg 8 gentagelser</p>
<p>4 x incline dumbbell press, 8 gentagelser (2 x 22kg 2 x 24kg)</p>
<p>4 x incline dumbbell flys 8 gentagelser (2 x 13kg 2 x 14kg)</p>
<p>3 x shoulder press 8 gentagelser (1 x 14kg 2 x 15kg)</p>
<p>4 x side raise 8 gentagelser (2 x 9kg 1 x 8kg)</p>
<p>1 x dips 5 gentagelser</p>
<p>3 x french press med dumbbell 12kg (2 x 8 gentagelser 1 x 5 gentagelser)</p>
<p>forsøgte at tilføje 2 kg til dumbbell press til allersidst men fik prompte højre dumbbell ned i brystet igen på vej op til første gentagelse så lod være.</p>
<p>lille antydning af smerten fra sidst i venstre albue &#8211; tror det hjælper at jeg fokuserer på ikke at strække armen helt ud&#8230;</p>

<p>Tog en tur med Simon både for at hyggekøre med ham men også for at gi ham nogle fif&#8230; han skulle efter sigende være ringe&#8230;</p>
<p>Han er bedre end mig til at køre ned af bakke, så ved sgu ikke hvor han har fået ideen at han er ringe fra&#8230; <img src='http://s2.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Han har stadig et stykke at arbejde sig frem mod mht til fart, accelleration, udholdenhed og kørsel op af bakke men han er jo også nybegynder. Syntes det var vildt fedt at han allerede er så god til at køre ned af bakker uden at panikke eller spænde.</p>
<p>Vi tog den stille og roligt rundt i skoven &#8211; fokuserede på at køre op og ned af tekniske stykker. Det irriterer mig at jeg endnu ikke helt kan komme langt nok tilbage i sadlen ned af bakker og op af bakker. Ned af bakker føles det sgu tit som om røven er ved at overhale styret &#8211; ingen styrt idag heldigvis. Tog &#8216;droppet&#8217; uden problemer. Haha, kørte ud over kanten og tænkte &#8216;here we go again&#8217; da jeg som sidst accellererede ned af bakken. Fik styr på cyklen igen og tog resten af stykket uden problemer.</p>
<p>Vi jordede rundt i kampvogns-området i håb om at finde nogle fede nedkørsler men alt var så sandet at vi sgu nærmest måtte trække ned af bakker. det var sgu lidt antiklimaks</p>

<p>jeg er gået ned i vægt i denne øvelse men føler virkeligt at jeg rammer nu. Jeg synes ikke jeg gjorde det forkert før men kan sgu mærke lat&#8217; arbejde nu &#8211; det føles mere rigtigt. Det er stadig meget hårdt.</p>

<p>dårlig træning, havde ingen energi overhovedet</p>
<p>dagen efter var jeg døg øm i vinger og mave så noget rigtigt har jeg da gjort selvom jeg skar helt vildt i øvelserne fordi jeg manglede energi.</p>

<p>følte jeg ramte mine ben rigtigt godt, var ikke super skarp til overkroppen i dag.</p>

<p>5 x lat pulldowns 8 gentagelser (2 x 55kg 2 x 60kg)</p>

<p>5 x preacher curl med ez bar 6 gentagelser (kørte øvelsen til fail som første gang var 8 gentagelser, næste gang 7 og derefter 6) 23kg+bar ved de første 2 sæt, derefter 20kg + bar resten af tiden.</p>
<p>4 x concentration curl 8 gentagelser (2 x 10 2 x 9 kg) var helt færdig her og var nødt til at hjælpe med den modsatte hånd ved de sidste 2-3 gentagelser  i hvert sæt.</p>
<p>3 x lænd-øvelse i &#8216;maskine&#8217;, 20kg, 8 gentagelser</p>
<p>4 x calves øvelse i legpress maskinen 8 gentagelser (1 x 110, 1 x 120 2 x 130kg)</p>
<p>4 x leg press i maskinen, 8 gentagelser (2 x 110 2 x 120kg)</p>
<p>3 x lunges, 8 til hver, 30kg</p>
<p>Benene havde det sgu ikke så godt, fik smerter i legpress på indersiden af venstre knæ. Smerternes placering lå nærmest under lårmusklen men jeg er sikker på at smerten var i selve knæet og ikke lårmusklen. Holdt lidt igen med benøvelserne.</p>
